1. How long does it take items to ship?

 

With a focus on sustainability, the majority of our products are made to order rather than being produced in large quantities. Unless otherwise stated, our orders are fulfilled within a week. This timeframe allows us to meticulously create and guarantee your and other customers' order fulfillment on time. Note that it is possible that your item might be finished sooner.

2. Can I send in my measurements?

 

As our products are made-to-order, we are able to customize the fit of your garment. We invite you to send us your measurements along with your order number at @info@paradoxbykaya.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

 

3. Can I return my order?

 

Items made to order are not eligible for refunds. However, you may return the item for a store credit or adjustment. Ready-to-ship items are eligible for return. Please note that used items will not be accepted.

 

4. How do I differentiate between a "ready-to-ship" and "made-to-order" item?

 

The product description will clearly indicate whether it is made-to-order or ready-to-ship.

 

5. What should I do if I have any issues with my order?

6. Can cancel my order?

 

Cancellation requests for orders are accepted within the initial 24 hours of placement. Beyond this timeframe, we cannot guarantee successful cancellation, as the production of your item may have started.

 

7. Can I make changes to my order before it ships?

 

Alterations to orders are accommodated within the first 24-hours of your order placement. Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, we cannot assure that any changes will be made beyond that timeframe, as the production of your item may have started.

 

8. Do you ship international?

 

Presently, we extend international shipping services to Europe & Canada. To place an international order, kindly select the designated international shipping method during the checkout process.

 

9. Where is my refund?

 

Refund processing generally requires 3-4 business days from the time of issuance. Should you not receive your refund within this specified timeframe, kindly contact us at info@paradoxbykaya.com for further assistance.
