Refund policy

Please carefully review our policy before purchase.

 

Cancellations

 

We accept cancellations if requested within 24 hours of purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at info info@paradoxbykaya.com with your order number.

 

Returns

 

Items made to order are not eligible for refunds. However, you may return the item for a store credit or adjustment. Ready-to-ship items are eligible for return. Please note that used items will not be accepted.


Defective item

 

We try our best to ensure we provide high quality items through our thorough quality control process. If you receive a faulty item, please reach out to us at info@paradoxbykaya.com. We can only accept returns of faulty items if they're unworn and tagged. Any indication of use will make the item unreturnable. 

 

Sizing Issue

 

If there is a sizing issue, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and you will be able exchange the item for a different size. Size exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired size is no longer available, you will be issued a store credit.

 

Shipping

 

If you haven't received your order, please reach out to the carrier for additional details about your package. Please also kindly reach out to Paradox at info@paradoxbykaya.com for assistance.

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order is delivered. If the package is lost by fault of customer (i.e incorrect address, missing information etc..) the order will not be eligible for a store credit or replacement. If package is lost by fault of Paradox, all credits or replacements will be our responsibility.

 

Pre-orders

 

Preorders are fulfilled within 1 week (unless mentioned otherwise). You will be charged within a week of placing your preorder. If you haven't received a tracking/shipping confirmation email within the time period stated above please kindly reach out to us at info@paradoxbykaya.com.
