Return and Refund Policy

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at info info@paradoxbykaya.com with your order number within 24 hours of the order being placed. A full refund will be issued back to your original payment method for all successful cancellations.

 

Returns

Should an item be returned due to an error made by Paradox, you will receive a full refund back to your original payment method. Returns made for any other reason can be done for exchange only/store credit. If you would like to return your item or need any help prior to placing an order, please email us at info@paradoxbykaya.com. We will be happy to help or answer any questions!

Once your return is approved,  you will provide you with a return confirmation. Returns made without confirmation will not be accepted.

 

Defective item

We ensure to provide high quality items through our thorough quality control process.  If your item is showing signs of any defect, please reach out to us at info@paradoxbykaya.com. We accept returns for faulty items as long as they're unworn and tagged. Any indication of use will make the item unreturnable.

Defective items will be inspected upon return. We reserve the right to refuse items after inspection. Please trust that customer satisfaction is at the core of our values and we will do our best to work with you. 

 

Sizing issue

If there is a sizing issue, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order to exchange the item for a different size or return the item for a full refund back to your original payment method. Size exchanges are subject to availability. If sizing issue is reported outside of the 7 day period, we will only accept a return for store credit.

 

Shipping

If your package is marked as delivered but is not received, please reach out to us with your order number at info@paradoxbykaya.com. We are not responsible for lost of stolen packages once the order is delivered but we are happy to assist as much as we can.

 

Preorders

Preorders are fulfilled within 4-6 weeks (unless mentioned otherwise). You will be charged within a week of placing your preorder. If you haven't received a tracking/shipping confirmation email within the time period stated above, you are eligible for a cancellation and full refund.
